Path Robotics is hiring a Senior Recruiter to attract and engage world‑class talent across AI research, machine learning, robotics, and advanced software engineering. You will work directly with technical leaders to hire researchers and engineers solving real‑world problems while supporting other key roles across the business.

You’ll operate in competitive markets, build deep pipelines, and strengthen Path’s reputation as a place where cutting‑edge research meets real‑world impact.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting for technical AI/ML/robotics or research‑driven teams.
• Skilled in building deep pipelines and proactive sourcing.
• Familiar with Greenhouse or similar ATS and data‑driven recruiting.
• Strong collaboration with technical leaders and researchers.
• Organized, adaptable, and able to handle fast moving environments.
• Proven ability to attract and engage top talent in competitive markets.

Responsibilities

• Own full‑cycle recruiting for highly technical roles (AI, ML, robotics, software).
• Partner with leaders to define role scope, success profiles, and hiring strategies.
• Source and engage high‑impact candidates via diverse channels.
• Build long‑term pipelines for research‑oriented talent (PhDs, post‑docs).
• Develop relationships with universities and labs to support hiring.
• Improve interview processes, candidate experience, and metrics.
