Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Administration.
• 4 years management, business operations and administration and/or staff support functions.
• Related graduate level education may be substituted for experience on a year per year basis.
• Licenses/Certifications: Valid driver’s license; this position requires driving a state vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Oversees administrative and management services work across budget, accounting, legislative analysis, office support services, equipment, facilities, purchasing and contract administration.
• Coordinates the management of IT assets and inventory, records, and open records requests; coordinates Division purchasing functions; serves as the Division's safety point of contact.
• Trains employees in agency administrative policy and procedure and supports forecasting and scheduling.
