Directs and coordinates comprehensive administrative and management operations, including budgeting, accounting, legislative analysis, and core support services such as facilities management, equipment procurement, and contract administration. Serves as a liaison with other agency divisions and districts. Housed in the Communications Division, you will work closely with internal teams such as conference governance and creative services to facilitate organizational objectives including contract management (Purchase Orders & Inter agency Contracts), invoicing and payments, billing worksheets, and budgets adjustment requests.
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Business Administration related field. Relevant work experience may be substituted for degree on a year per year basis.
Experience: 5 years management, business operations and administration and/or staff support functions. (Experience can be satisfied by full time or prorated part time equivalent). Related graduate level education may be substituted for experience on a year per year basis.
