Oversees, plans and coordinates administrative and management services work to include various operational areas related to budget, accounting, legislative analysis, office support services to include equipment, facilities, purchasing and contract administration. Work requires contact with governmental agencies and private entities. Employees at this level establish their own work plan and priorities to meet set objectives. Issues are rarely referred to the supervisor but are handled at the occurrence.
Oversees, plans, coordinates and directs administrative and management services work to include various operational areas related to budget, accounting, legislative analysis, office support services to include equipment, facilities, purchasing and contract administration. Work requires contact with governmental agencies and private entities. Employees at this level are virtually self-supervising and assume direct accountability for the work product.
Performs other job responsibilities as assigned.
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Business Administration related field.
4 years management, business operations and administration and/or staff support functions.
Experience can be satisfied by full time or prorated part time equivalent.
Related graduate level education may be substituted for experience on a year per year basis.
Licenses and Certifications: Valid driver’s license. This position requires driving a state vehicle.

5 years management, business operations and administration and/or staff support functions.
Experience can be satisfied by full time or prorated part time equivalent.
