Job summary

ITS Logistics in Reno, NV seeks an Operations Accounting Manager to lead day-to-day customer billing, onboarding, invoicing, and collections. You will ensure accurate cash flow and build long-lasting business relationships while upholding world-class customer service and accounting practices.

The role requires an associate degree in finance or related field, plus 2 years in AR/invoicing. Transportation experience is a plus. Strong Excel and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Two years experience in collections, accounts receivable or invoicing.
• Associate degree in finance or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees invoicing and collection processes for multiple accounts across teams.
• Ensures world-class onboarding of new customers and bridges operational gaps.
• Manages post-release change processes and writes off balances when needed.
• Collects past due amounts and negotiates fees per financial strategy.
• Monitors customer receivables aligned with company KPIs daily to annually.
• Controls aging reports and remittance to achieve cash flow goals.
• Collaborates with customers and ITS operations to resolve AP issues.
• Develops billing SOPs and sets up invoicing, payments, and credit standards.
