Job summary

Carrier is seeking a dynamic, self-driven Business Operations Manager to oversee core operations for Automated Logic Field’s East Region. You will partner with field management and lead a remote, cross-functional team responsible for booking reviews, invoicing, AR/AP, and compliance to drive efficiency.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 5+ years of experience in managing business processes, and 3+ years of leadership, with up to 20% travel in North America.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 5+ years of experience in managing business processes, operations, or project management with focus on subcontracting, project invoicing, and/or AR/Collections.
• 3+ years leading teams.
• Willing to travel up to 20% in North America.

Responsibilities

• Partner with field management to address operational challenges and decisions.
• Lead a cross-functional team across locations to ensure consistency with national standards.
• Drive process improvements in project invoicing, AR dispute management, and cash application.
• Ensure on-time performance and delivery to customer commitments.
• Review, approve, and resolve AAP accounts payable invoices and payments.
• Provide training on business tools to optimize team performance.
