Job summary

ITS Logistics, LLC in Reno, NV is seeking an Operations Accounting Manager to own the day-to-day customer billing, onboarding, invoicing, and collections, serving as the liaison between ITS Finance and our customers' AP teams. You will lead a team, uphold our world-class customer service model, and drive cash flow integrity by implementing standard billing procedures and process improvements.

You will mentor staff, optimize aging reports, and coordinate with operations to ensure timely payments

Qualifications

Associate degree in finance, supply chain, or another business-related field preferred.
2 years experience in collections, accounts receivable or invoicing required.
Excellent relationship-building skills and strong work ethic.
Analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
Proficient in Excel and MS Office with ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

Oversee the invoicing and collection process for multiple accounts and teams.
Ensure world-class onboarding of new customers and adherence to customer guidelines.
Manage aging reports and payment remittance to achieve KPIs.
Collaborate with customers and operations to resolve accounts payable issues.
Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for billing.
