Job summary

Tractor Supply Company seeks an experienced senior leader in Operations Accounting to guide strategic and financial initiatives that support the Life Out Here strategy.

You will partner with Strategy, Merchandising, Supply Chain, and Finance to identify opportunities, analyze data, facilitate cross-functional sessions, and implement value-creating improvements. Monthly close and variance analyses will be key responsibilities for this role.

Qualifications

• Experience: 8-10 years of combined accounting, finance, operations, continuous improvement, and project management.
• Retail and management experience strongly preferred.
• CPA designation preferred; Lean/Six Sigma and program management a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic initiatives across Operations Accounting and transformation activities.
• Identify and drive automation, improve financial reporting with BI analytics.
• Prepare materials for and present key initiatives and opportunities.
• Plan and facilitate cross-functional sessions on process improvement.
• Mentor junior team members and build capabilities across the organization.
• Manage monthly closing processes for assigned areas and ensure accuracy.
