You will develop annual, pre-season, and assortment plans aligning with merchandising and inventory productivity strategies.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of retail experience in planning, merchandising, or inventory management.
• BS in Business, Retail, or related field from a accredited college or university.
• Certifications not required.

Responsabilités

• Develop and present assortment plans balancing merchandise strategy and financial objectives.
• Forecast and plan promotional items and purchases; apply insights to improve forecast accuracy.
• Create, maintain and adjust sales, gross margin, and inventory forecasts/Open to Buy; report progress to management.
