Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Store Operations Manager to lead operational execution in the store, owning freight process scheduling, Feed to Floor, weekly recovery, and backroom standards. Qualifications

• Retail leadership experience required.
• Prior store operations and supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead freight process execution and scheduling.
• Oversee Feed to Floor and weekly recovery processes.
• Coach Operations Team Members and support Store Manager.
• Maintain safety and compliance in store operations.
• Operate forklift and other equipment as needed.
