Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a Store Operations Manager to lead operational execution in the store, owning freight scheduling, Feed to Floor processes, weekly recovery, and backroom standards. Qualifications

• Experience: Previous retail leadership experience is required.
• Prior store operations experience and supervisory experience is strongly preferred.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead freight process execution and scheduling, including truck unload planning, freight movement, stocking execution, and follow-up to operational standards.
• Lead Feed to Floor process execution and ensure timely follow-up on assigned routines and process expectations.
• Lead weekly recovery process execution, including Targeting Outs, and ensure Store recovery standards are maintained.
• Oversee the Inventory Control Specialist role within receiving standards and coaching.
• Maintain backroom, dock, and assembly area standards and general store organization.
• Own security processes and standards, including inside, outside, and high-dollar controls.
• Coach Operations Team Members and support Store Manager with planning, safety, and financial results.
