Job summary

Tractor Supply Company seeks a Manager, AP Transformation & Analysis to lead the accounts payable transformation, analytics, and continuous improvement across Merchandising and Expense AP. This role drives AI, automation, and data-driven solutions, partnering with IT for complex builds and ensuring SOX controls are in place.

You will mentor the team, manage AP operations and month-end close, and deliver measurable efficiency gains and improved vendor experience.

Qualifications

• Experience: 7-10 years in Accounts Payable, accounting operations, transformation, automation, analytics, or project leadership.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Information Systems, or related field preferred.
• Certifications: CPA, CMA, Lean Six Sigma, or relevant AI/automation credentials preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the AP-wide transformation and continuous improvement roadmap across Merchandising and Expense AP.
• Lead end-to-end AP transformation initiatives from opportunity identification through future-state design and benefits realization.
• Translate AP needs into clear business and functional requirements with cross-functional partners.
• Develop and implement AI, GPT, Copilot, and automation solutions for AP processes.
• Lead AP performance management, KPIs, and management reporting to drive outcomes.
• Oversee Expense AP operations and AP month-end close to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
