Job summary

Tractor Supply Company seeks a Store Operations Manager to lead operational execution in the store, owning freight, Feed to Floor, weekly recovery, and security standards. This role coaches team members and supports the Store Manager to promote a safe, productive environment.

You will oversee inventory control, backroom standards, and scheduling while ensuring adherence to policies and delivering legendary service to customers and neighbors alike.

Qualifications

• Experience: Previous retail leadership experience is required.
• Education: High school diploma or the equivalent is required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and count accurately and follow policies.

Responsibilities

• Lead freight process execution and scheduling, including truck unload planning and stocking.
• Oversee Feed to Floor process execution and timely follow-up on routines.
• Manage weekly recovery, Targeting Outs, and store recovery standards.
• Oversee Inventory Control Specialist activities and compliance with receiving standards.
• Ensure safety, training, documentation, and performance coaching for team members.
