Job summary

Adecco Group in Hasbrouck Heights, NJ is seeking an Onsite Manager to serve as the primary client contact for our programs and the escalation point for client questions. You will align with the client’s business goals and drive long-term program evolution through daily recruitment activities and KPI-driven performance.

You will grow and retain accounts, build strong client relationships, present quarterly reviews, manage a recruitment team, and ensure service levels and SLAs are met.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; 5+ years of relevant work experience with managerial/supervisory roles preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in client-facing contexts.
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships and networks.
• Experience leading a recruitment team in a fast-paced environment.
• Solid organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts by developing strong client relationships with HR and operations.
• Achieve high client satisfaction via surveys and business reviews.
• Price and sell services (temporary and permanent placements) to clients.
• Lead recruitment teams, manage KPIs and SLAs, and monitor performance.
• Prepare and present monthly/quarterly business reviews to leadership.
