Zusammenfassung

Staffmark Group is seeking an Onsite Manager to lead our onsite team and deliver outstanding HR and recruiting value for a dedicated customer. You will provide strategic planning consultation and partner support to optimize workforce solutions at the client site.

Key duties include building customer relationships, forecasting staffing needs, implementing recruiting strategies, and monitoring KPIs and P&L. You will bridge the customer and staff, resolving issues and promoting community engagement

Qualifikationen

• Experience in staffing, customer service, or human resources (3-5 years)
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Detail-oriented with ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Aufgaben

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and handle inquiries and issues
• Forecast staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies to meet customer needs
• Participate in partnership reviews to ensure quality and improvement
• Monitor KPIs and ensure P&L goals are met or exceeded
• Act as liaison between customer and employees and document matters needing intervention
• Engage with local organizations and community leaders to enhance company image
