Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Manager to act as the primary client contact for our programs and to lead the ongoing evolution of the client engagement. You will be responsible for strategic direction, daily recruitment activities, KPI attainment, and maintaining a strong client partnership.

In this role, you will grow and retain accounts, build relationships with HR and Operations stakeholders, and drive service delivery across temporary and permanent placements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus 5+ years in a managerial role in a service-provider environment.
• Proven track record of delivering high customer satisfaction and strong client relationships.
• Experience managing recruitment teams and driving KPI/ SLA performance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary client contact for Adecco programs and escalation point for client questions.
• Oversee daily recruitment and fulfillment activities to meet KPIs and SLAs.
• Develop relationships with HR and Operations contacts to grow business and retain accounts.
• Prepare and present quarterly business reviews to leadership.
• Summarize data and trends to inform strategic client decisions.
• Price and sell staffing services including temporary and permanent placements.
