Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Manager to serve as the primary client contact for our Adecco programs. You will lead strategic evolution, supervise daily recruitment activities, and drive KPI achievement while growing and retaining key accounts.

In this role you will price and sell services, build client networks, and position teams for continued success through process innovation and agreed SLAs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 5+ years in a supervisory role in a service provider industry.
• Proven track record in elevating customer satisfaction and expanding account scope.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to manage client relationships and teams.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts by building relationships with HR and operations.
• Lead recruitment teams, ensure KPI and SLA compliance, and optimize fills.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly business reviews for leadership and stakeholders.
• Price and sell services and expand conversions, temporary and permanent placements.
• Develop industry knowledge, market share, and competitive insights.
