You will develop daily operations, respond to student inquiries, manage course scheduling and budgets, and collaborate with multiple departments to support degree completion and program success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and five years of experience or equivalent.
• Experience in higher education, online student population, and customer support.

Responsabilités

• Develops and monitors daily operations for degree program activities.
• Responds to student inquiries through multiple channels and resolves issues for student success.
• Maintains electronic records for accuracy and accessibility.
• Oversees course scheduling, building, materials, and faculty associates.
• Coordinates logistics for orientation, graduation, and seminars.
• Manages budget proposals and resource allocation within budget.
• Evaluates program effectiveness and recommends improvements.
