Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of advancement or donor engagement experience.
• Proven track record in securing major gifts and building pipelines.
• Experience working in higher education or nonprofit fundraising is ideal.

Responsabilités

• Build and manage a portfolio of major and leadership gifts above $100k.
• Achieve a personal fundraising goal and contribute to school campaigns.
• Lead a priority initiative with comprehensive prospecting and cultivation plans.
• Develop proposals, case statements, budgets, and donor collateral.
• Collaborate across the advancement team to align annual giving and major gifts.
