Responsibilities

Develops and monitors daily operations for executive and Spanish-language master's programs.
Oversee class logistics, scheduling, and audience communications for weekends and events.
Respond to student inquiries in English and Spanish; resolve onboarding and scheduling issues.
Maintain electronic records and monitor student progress toward graduation.
Coordinate with multiple ASU departments and manage budget proposals and resources.
Evaluate program effectiveness and implement improvements.
