Job summary

Arizona State University’s Thunderbird School of Global Management seeks a Program Manager to coordinate and direct the online degree programs. Based on Downtown Phoenix Campus, you will ensure program goals align with policies and timelines, while guiding student support and course operations.

You will work with multiple departments and manage scheduling, budgets, and program evaluation to improve delivery and outcomes for online learners.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and five years of experience in the field, or an equivalent combination.
Experience in higher education and online programs preferred.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Responsibilities

Develops and monitors daily operations and coordinates degree program activities.
Receives and responds to student inquiries through different channels; addresses escalated problems and concerns including onboarding, schedule, class selection, classroom issues, and use of online resources.
Monitors student progress toward graduation and maintains electronic records for accuracy and availability.
Oversees course scheduling and course materials, and manages faculty associates.
Oversees budget proposals and expenditure controls within the budget.
Collaborates with departments within Thunderbird and ASU (Student Success, Academic Advising, Recruiting and Admissions, Faculty, Alumni Engagement, Instructional Design, Registrar, etc.).
