Job summary

The role requires managing daily operations, logistics for weekend events, and responsive multilingual student support, with close collaboration across campus departments to optimize program delivery and student success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and five (5) years of experience in the appropriate area or an equivalent combination of experience/training.
• Professional fluency in Spanish (intermediate level).
• Experience with ASU enterprise software (PeopleSoft, Salesforce, Slack, Zoom, Canvas).
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Develops and monitors daily operations and coordinates degree program activities.
• Oversee logistics, scheduling and outreach for class weekends and events.
• Respond to student inquiries in English and Spanish across channels; resolve onboarding, scheduling, classroom, and project issues.
• Maintain and update electronic student records for accuracy and accessibility.
• Monitor inventory of materials and supplies.
• Collaborate with departments across ASU/TSGM (e.g., Student Success, Admissions, Registrar, Financial Aid, Catering).
