Job summary

Menarini Stemline is hiring a Regional Sales Director to lead a field-based team focused on the solid tumor portfolio. You will hire, train, and develop the sales force across your geography, while shaping regional strategies, budgets, and performance metrics.

You will also engage KOLs, manage expenses, and provide feedback on marketing initiatives, ensuring compliance and strong customer relationships in a dynamic oncology market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s preferred.
• 7+ years of successful biotech hematology/oncology sales experience.
• 3+ years of frontline sales management experience required.
• Proven sales track record and travel ~75%.
• Experience with leading teams and strategic planning.

Responsibilities

• Attainment of geographic business plan and revenue/product goals.
• Develop direct reports to enhance performance and satisfaction.
• Formulate a local budget and maintain within +/-3% of target.
• Plan, develop, direct, evaluate and communicate sales/marketing results.
• Lead KOL development and key customer engagement strategies.
• Provide coaching, feedback and performance management for staff.
