Job summary

Ascensus is seeking a Program Leadership professional to own end-to-end onboarding programs, from planning through execution and continuous improvement. You will define goals, metrics, milestones, and governance models to ensure scalable onboarding.

As a cross-functional liaison, you will partner with Product, Relationship Management, Software Development, Sales, Service, Implementation and Training teams to drive onboarding readiness, measure adoption, and report insights to executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business or related field is required.
• 5+ years of program management, customer success, or related experience.
• Experience managing cross-functional business initiatives and strong PM skills.
• Experience with SaaS products and deployment processes.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end onboarding programs from planning through execution and continuous improvement.
• Partner with multiple teams to ensure onboarding readiness and smooth handoffs.
• Analyze onboarding workflows and drive automation and efficiency improvements.
• Develop SOPs, templates, and best practices and present KPIs to leaders.
