Job summary

Ascensus is seeking a Program Leader to own end-to-end onboarding programs, defining goals and governance, and developing scalable playbooks. The role partners with Product, Sales, Software Development, Service, and Training teams to ensure readiness and smooth implementations.

You will drive cross-functional initiatives, serve as SME for post-implementation issues, and lead change management for new tools and processes, while protecting confidential data and supporting Ascensus' Core Values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Program Management, Customer Success, Operations, Software Implementation, or Enablement.
• Experience managing cross-functional initiatives and SaaS deployments.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end onboarding programs from planning through execution and continuous improvement.
• Define program goals, success metrics, milestones and governance models.
• Develop scalable onboarding frameworks, processes and playbooks.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration and executive communications.
• Serve as internal SME for post-implementation issue resolution.
