Job summary

The role leads talent initiatives, manages employee relations, ensures compliance, and delivers workforce insights for operational and long-term planning.

*This on-site position requires occasional adjusted hours and relocation to support the facility.

Qualifications

Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or related field.
At least 6 years of HR experience across staffing, benefits, compensation, payroll, employee relations, and employment law.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and familiarity with HRIS systems.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic HR guidance through floor engagement and address workforce trends.
Shape hiring strategies with leadership and Talent Acquisition.
Advise on policies, procedures, and employment laws to support compliance.
Lead employee relations investigations with clear recommendations.
Coordinate benefits enrollment, training, site communications, and recognition events.
Develop and interpret workforce analytics to inform decisions and improve performance.
