Qualifications

• At least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with basic formulas, data sorting and report creation.
• High accuracy in data entry with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proactive follow-up to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with escalation practices.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
• U.S. Citizen and ability to obtain DOE/DOD security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and issue RFQs to suppliers and organize responses.
• Monitor RFQ timelines and follow up on pricing and lead times.
• Create, review, and process purchase orders per procedures.
• Track acknowledgments, shipments, and delivery status for timely fulfillment.
• Maintain ERP records related to RFQs, POs, delivery dates, and pricing.
• Identify delays or issues and escalate as needed.
• Provide internal teams with purchasing and delivery information for planning.
• Generate reports on RFQ aging, open POs, and late deliveries.
• Assist with supplier documentation and onboarding activities.
