This role leads key talent initiatives, manages complex employee relations, ensures compliance, and delivers workforce insights for strategic planning and safety. This on-site position requires occasional adjusted hours, relocation is available, and candidates must be U.S.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or related field.
• At least 6 years HR experience spanning staffing, benefits, compensation, payroll, employee relations, and employment law.
• Strong customer service orientation and commitment to compliance.
• Excellent time management and ability to balance multiple priorities.
• Clear, professional communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office with advanced Excel skills.
• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DOE security clearance.

Aufgaben

• Provide strategic HR guidance through floor engagement and address workforce trends.
• Partner with leadership and Talent Acquisition to shape hiring strategies.
• Advise on policies, procedures, and employment laws to support compliance.
• Consult with leadership on employee relations and performance matters.
• Lead compliant employee relations investigations with strategic recommendations.
• Coordinate benefits enrollment, compliance training, site communications, and events.
• Oversee personnel files, postings, and risk mitigation improvements.
• Develop and interpret workforce analytics to modernize HR practices.
