Job summary

WCL Group is seeking an experienced ECommerce Fulfillment Manager in Plano, Texas. This role owns the entire order lifecycle across all channels, coordinating with Supply Chain, Logistics, Product, Engineering, Retail, and Customer Service to ensure orders ship accurately and on time.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end order lifecycle across all channels (e-commerce, in-store, marketplace, curbside).
Oversee OMS performance, configuration, and continuous improvement.
Define routing rules, inventory allocation, and fulfillment prioritization strategies.
Monitor order accuracy, SLA compliance, cancellations, and returns workflows.
Collaborate with customer service to resolve order exceptions and fulfillment failures.
Lead cross-functional projects like new channel launches and peak season planning.
Develop dashboards for real-time leadership visibility and drive data-driven improvements.
