Job summary

Staffmark Group is seeking an experienced eCommerce Fulfillment Manager in Plano, TX to own the end-to-end order lifecycle across all channels and to lead cross-functional initiatives to optimize OMS/WMS/TMS systems. The role demands strong project management, data-driven decision making, and collaboration with IT, Retail, and Customer Service teams.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in eCommerce fulfillment, a business or supply chain degree, and a proven track record of improving order

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in eCommerce fulfillment or business operations supporting the eCommerce space
• Background in Project Management and ownership of projects and reporting to internal stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in Business or Supply Chain

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end order lifecycle across all channels (e-commerce, brick-and-mortar, marketplace, BOPIS, ship-from-store, curbside pickup)
• Oversee OMS performance, configuration, and continuous improvement
• Define and enforce order routing rules, inventory allocation logic, and fulfillment prioritization strategies
• Monitor order accuracy, SLA compliance, cancellation rates, and return/exchange workflows
• Collaborate with customer service to resolve order exceptions and escalations promptly
• Drive improvements in order visibility and real-time tracking for customers
• Partner with IT/product teams on system enhancements, integrations, and new technology rollouts
• Evaluate and implement automation opportunities across order processing
• Ensure data integrity and seamless data flow across platforms
• Lead cross-functional projects including new channel launches and peak season planning
• Align fulfillment capabilities with promotional planning
• Define, track, and report omnichannel KPIs and build real-time dashboards
• Conduct root cause analysis and drive corrective actions
