Job summary

Harvey Nash is seeking an eCommerce Fulfillment Manager in Plano, TX, to own the end-to-end order lifecycle across all channels, serving as a hub between Supply Chain, Logistics, Product, Engineering, Retail, and Customer Service.

The role focuses on fulfillment performance, system integrations, automation, data integrity, and continuous improvement through data-driven insights and cross-functional collaboration. This is a 12-month contract, onsite, with a competitive hourly rate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years relevant experience in fulfillment or business operations.
• Experience with OMS, WMS, and TMS systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end order lifecycle across all channels (e-commerce, in-store, marketplace, BOPIS, ship-from-store).
• Oversee OMS performance, configuration, and continuous improvement.
• Define and enforce order routing rules and inventory allocation logic.
• Monitor order accuracy, SLA compliance, cancellations, and returns workflows.
• Collaborate with customer service to resolve exceptions and maximize order visibility.
