Leidos in Odenton, MD, seeks a senior Offensive Cyberspace Operational Planner to support USCYBERCOM Joint Planning. You will lead planning and staffing for Cyberspace Operations, developing OCO plans and coordinating with DCO, joint teams, and intelligence partners.

Applicants must hold TS/SCI with polygraph, a BA/BS in CS or Cybersecurity, and at least eight years of CO planning experience since 2015. Strong communication and multi-tasking are essential for success.

Qualificações

• Active TS/SCI security clearance with Polygraph.
• BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field.
• Eight+ years as CO Planner since 2015; waiver for Combat Mission Team time.
• Familiarity with OCO concepts, capabilities, and authorities.
• Formal Cyber Operational Planner training within DoD or IC.
• Senior knowledge of Blue-space Cyber capabilities and available cyber infra.
• Knowledge of CO range and intelligence support needs.
• Networking fundamentals and communications media concepts.
• Ability to produce timely analytical documents and briefings.
• Proven ability to work in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication; can convey complex data to nontechnical.
• Ability to work across DoD/IC to support goals.

Responsabilidades

• Lead plans development and staffing for Cyberspace Operations per USCYBERCOM guidance.
• Develop and synchronize Offensive Cyberspace Operations plans to deliver cyber effects.
• Support OCO through effective joint planning.
• Drive integration of OCO and Defensive Cyberspace Operations planning.
• Lead drafting of OPLANS, OPORDs, and FRAGOs.
• Support Joint Operational Planning Groups and integrate Cyberspace capabilities into plans.
• Develop concepts of support, courses of action, and coordinated plans.
• Provide situational awareness to projects, Crisis Action Teams, and operations.
• Demonstrate deep knowledge of cyber threats and Blue Space vulnerabilities.
• Coordinate intelligence planning with operational timelines.
