Job summary

Leidos Inc in Odenton, MD is seeking senior Offensive Cyberspace Operational Planners to support USCYBERCOM operations. Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI security clearance with Polygraph is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• Eight+ years of recent CO Planner experience (since 2015); waiver possible for Combat Mission Team service.
• Familiarity with OCO concepts, authorities, and Joint Publications.
• Formal training as Cyber Operational Planner within DoD or IC.
• Proficient understanding of Blue-space cyber capabilities and cyber infrastructure.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to brief nontechnical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead plans development and staffing within collaborative environment to drive Cyberspace Operations per planning guidance.
• Lead development and synchronization of Offensive Cyberspace Operations plans to deliver cyber effects.
• Support OCO through effective, timely Joint planning and coordination.
• Drive integration of OCO and Defensive Cyberspace Operations planning processes.
• Drive targeting selection, validation, synchronization, and integration during execution.
• Lead drafting and staffing of Operational Plans, Orders, and Fragmentary Orders.
• Support Joint Operational Planning Groups and Teams and integrate cyber capabilities into plans.
• Develop concepts of support and courses of action and integrate external capabilities.
• Engage in projects and Crisis Action Teams, providing situational awareness.
• Demonstrate knowledge of cyber threats and state/non-state actor tactics in Blue Space.
• Review, approve, and prioritize operational requirements for cyber capabilities.
• Integrate intelligence planning with operational timelines.
• Conduct long-range strategic planning with internal and external partners.
• Communicate complex information clearly in verbal, written, and visual form.
