Job summary

Hanwha Q CELLS America Inc. in California seeks a Manager, OEM Relationships to own commercial relationships with SolarEdge, Enphase, and Tesla, and to manage OEM/vendor agreements for QSS’s residential TPO programs.

You will lead negotiations on data access, warranties, and pricing while coordinating with Legal, Finance, and Ops teams. The role combines contract negotiation with strategic vendor management and requires deep knowledge of solar hardware, monitoring platforms, warranties, and O&M

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years in commercial contract management, vendor management, partnerships, procurement, or related function.
• Experience negotiating OEM, warranty, data licensing, API access, service agreements, or technology contracts.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end lifecycle of OEM and vendor agreements, including data rights, warranties, and pricing.
• Lead negotiations with OEMs such as SolarEdge, Enphase, and Tesla; manage renewals and amendments.
• Negotiate API access, data licensing, SLAs, and uptime commitments; monitor compliance.
• Develop warranty programs, track performance, and drive corrective actions with OEMs.
• Cultivate strategic OEM relationships and report on health, risks, and opportunities.
