Job summary

Hanwha Q CELLS America Inc. seeks a Manager of OEM Relationships to own commercial relationships with SolarEdge, Enphase, and Tesla, and to manage OEM/vendor agreements supporting residential solar TPO operations.

The role leads negotiations for API access, data licensing, warranties, and service commitments, coordinating with Legal, Finance, and Operations. Travel up to 20% and remote/on-site options available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years in commercial contract management, vendor management, partnerships, procurement or related functions.
• Experience negotiating complex commercial agreements including OEM, warranty, data licensing, API or service contracts.
• Direct experience with solar equipment manufacturers or energy-technology OEMs preferred.
• Strong knowledge of solar PV hardware, inverter technologies, monitoring systems, and O&M operations.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end lifecycle of OEM and vendor agreements covering equipment, software, data, warranties, and services.
• Lead contract renewals, amendments, and new negotiations including pricing, SLAs, warranties, data rights, and risk allocation.
• Manage a centralized framework tracking terms, renewal dates, obligations, pricing, SLAs, and risks.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Operations, O&M, Data, and Platform teams to align agreements with goals.
• Lead negotiations for API access, data licensing, and data integrations with OEMs.
