Job summary

Hanwha Q CELLS America Inc. seeks a Manager of OEM Relationships to own critical commercial interfaces with SolarEdge, Enphase, and Tesla, and to manage OEM/vendor agreements for QSS’s residential solar TPO operations.

The role requires strong contract negotiation, vendor management, data licensing, and warranty expertise, with insights into solar PV hardware and monitoring platforms. Remote/hybrid work is possible with CA offices in Irvine and San Francisco.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in commercial contract management, vendor management, strategic partnerships, procurement, or related function, preferably in solar/renewable energy.
• Experience negotiating complex commercial agreements including OEM, warranty, data licensing, API access, service agreements, or technology contracts.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end lifecycle of OEM and vendor agreements including equipment, software, data, warranties, and services.
• Lead negotiations for API access, data licensing, and data‑rights with OEMs; define data requirements and SLAs.
• Lead warranty negotiations and manage workflows from defect identification to resolution with cross‑functional teams.
• Develop and maintain warranty performance reporting and analyze defect trends to inform future negotiations.
• Cultivate long‑term OEM partnerships and report on relationship health and risks.
