Job summary

Qcells USA Corp. seeks a Manager, OEM Relationships to own the commercial relationships with key equipment manufacturers and manage OEM and vendor agreements supporting QSS’s residential solar TPO operations.

You will lead negotiations for API access, data licensing, warranties, and service levels, coordinating with Legal, Finance, Operations, O&M, Data, and Platform teams. Based in the San Francisco Bay Area or Irvine, CA, the role may be performed remotely or on-site with standard hours and up

Qualifications

• 5+ years in commercial contract management or related fields.
• Experience negotiating OEM agreements, warranties, data licensing, or service contracts.
• Direct experience with solar equipment manufacturers or energy OEMs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end OEM and vendor agreement portfolio.
• Lead contract renewals, amendments, and new negotiations.
• Manage API data access negotiations and data licensing terms.
• Monitor warranties and manage claims workflows.
• Provide regular OEM relationship reporting.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Operations, O&M, Data, and Platform teams.
