Job summary

Jobot seeks a remote Key Account Manager – OEM Hydraulics to develop and grow strategic OEM relationships across the Western United States. You will combine key account management, new business development, and application-based selling for major mobile equipment manufacturers.

The role focuses on Hyster-Yale initially, with Genie/Terex added later, and requires coordination with engineering and distribution partners to expand opportunities and solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience growing sales and managing strategic OEM or industrial accounts.
• Background in technical sales, key account management, territory sales, or business development.
• Working knowledge of hydraulics, hydraulic circuits, and/or fluid-power systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow strategic OEM relationships across the Western U.S.
• Coordinate with engineering, purchasing and operations to position technical solutions.
• Track opportunities, forecasts, and customer info through CRM; manage account plans.
• Identify new business, expand existing accounts, and coordinate distributors when needed.
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to present value propositions and close deals.
