Job summary

Rockwell Automation, Inc. seeks an Account Manager, OEM to build relationships with OEM customers, drive profitable growth, and implement a sales strategy. You will manage a healthy funnel and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver customer-valued solutions.

You will report to the Sales Manager, OEM and work remotely from Davenport, IA or Wichita, KS markets, with travel up to 50% to engage opportunities and customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of relevant work experience.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. with no visa sponsorship.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Establish executive level relationships with customers and understand goals.
• Follow Rockwell Automation sales process to plan for growth and close opportunities.
• Understand customer processes, requirements and Rockwell offerings.
• Provide application knowledge and industry expertise in outcomes selling.
• Collaborate with North America OEM Segment Leaders.
• Coordinate with account team to plan and win opportunities.
• Maintain accurate opportunity funnel in CRM.
• Support contract negotiations and term setting.
