Rockwell Automation, a global technology leader, seeks an Account Manager, OEM. You will manage OEM customers and prospects, develop relationships, and execute a sales strategy to meet annual goals and grow market share.

This role reports to the Sales Manager, OEM and is based remotely from the Davenport, Iowa market. You will establish executive relationships, manage opportunities, coordinate with the account team and contracts group, and navigate industry trends to deliver Rockwell solutions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of relevant work experience.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship).
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time and hold a valid driver's license.

Responsabilités

• Establish executive level relationships within the customer base and understand customer processes and goals.
• Follow the Rockwell Automation sales process and manage a healthy funnel from growth planning to closure.
• Understand industry drivers and Rockwell offerings and coordinate solution design with field experts.
• Provide application knowledge and industry expertise; use outcome-based selling methods.
• Coordinate with the North America OEM Segment Leaders and resource teams to win opportunities.
• Qualify opportunities, present value propositions, and obtain agreements and prices.
• Maintain CRM data accuracy and align contracts and negotiations with customers.
• Travel up to 50% as required and ensure compliance with company procedures and regulations.
