CCS IT LIMITED seeks a senior OCM leader to define and drive the Change Strategy for ERP/Finance transformations in Houston. You will partner with PMO, establish governance, map stakeholders, and lead readiness programs across functions and regions.

The role requires 10–12+ years in OCM, expertise in Prosci/ADKAR and Kotter, and the ability to coach executives on sponsorship and resistance management. Experience with SAP Concur is desirable.

Qualifications

• 10–12+ years in OCM for ERP/Finance transformations; Expertise with change frameworks (e.g., Prosci/ADKAR, Kotter) and ERP adoption metrics.

Responsabilités

• Define and maintain the OCM Strategy & Plan aligned to the integrated project plan.
• Establish change governance (sponsor coalition, change network, cadence, decision rights).
• Partner with PMO to embed change checkpoints into stage gates and cutover criteria.
• Maintain stakeholder map and heatmaps; update as design decisions evolve.
• Lead Change Impact Assessment per process area.
• Translate impacts into role-based behavior changes and readiness actions.
• Build and run a communications plan (program updates, what’s changing, value messaging).
• Draft executive talking points and support the project team with town halls, demos, roadshows, AMA sessions.
• Define readiness framework & KPIs; orchestrate Org Readiness Assessments.
• Stand-up and coach Change Agent/Champion Network across functions/locations.
• Coach executive sponsors and middle managers on sponsorship and resistance management.
• Partner with Training Lead on curriculum priorities, blockers, and role mapping.
• Convert change impacts into enablement artifacts (inputs to Training Lead for job aids, guides, walk-throughs).
• Input to cutover readiness (people readiness gates, comms packs, day1 support).
• Measure adoption and lead stabilization activities (office hours, floor-walking, pulse surveys).
• OCM Strategy & Plan; OCM RAID log.
• Stakeholder Analysis & Heatmap
• Change Impact Assessment (by process & role)
• Communication Plan + Assets & Calendar
• Sponsorship & Change Network plan (charter, RACI, cadence)
• Readiness Framework & Dashboards (by function/site/role)
• Go/No-Go People Readiness inputs; Post GoLive Lessons Learned
