Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Organizational Change Management with at least 5+ years leading SAP change programs (e.g., S/4HANA, ECC).
• Proven experience in developing and executing OCM strategies, communication plans, and training programs.
• Demonstrated success in driving user adoption and managing resistance in complex project environments.
• Experience with global or multi-national organizations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement an OCM strategy aligned with SAP program objectives and company culture.
• Lead stakeholder engagement, communication planning, and workshop facilitation.
• Design and deliver SAP training programs and readiness activities.
• Manage resistance and drive adoption post-go-live.
• Coach leaders and align sponsors; mentor OCM team.
• Collaborate with IT, functional consultants, and business process owners.
