Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) invites you to join our Mountain View team as Senior Occupancy Planner, driving occupancy plans, moves and data-driven solutions for a global client.

This on-site role requires architecture/engineering background, 5–7 years of experience, expert data analytics, and proficiency in AutoCAD, CAFM, Excel and Google tools. Location Mountain View, CA; compensation 124,800–170,600 USD yearly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, construction management or equivalent.
• 5–7 years’ occupancy, space and move management experience across broad geography.
• Expert data analytics and advanced Excel skills.
• Ability to tell stories with data and communicate at all levels.
• Experience with flex office and alternative workplace programs.
• Proficiency with Google Suite, Slides and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently and manage ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Translate client requirements and deliver global occupancy planning.
• Develop occupancy planning strategies using supply and demand analysis.
• Create strategic occupancy planning presentations with narratives.
• Lead occupancy, space and move projects; liaise with client and resources.
• Coordinate with Relocation PM and Facility Management to review moves and plans.
• Build relationships with Corporate Real Estate Strategy and Demand Planning.
• Support teamwork, excellence and leadership within the team.
