Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3-5 years in occupancy planning, space management, or related facilities function in corporate real estate
• Familiarity with workplace strategy concepts and hybrid environments
• Strong analytical skills with complex datasets and floor plans
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Effective written and verbal communication across org levels
• Proactive problem-solving and multi-priority management
• Attention to detail and spatial accuracy
• Bachelor's degree and related software experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Build partnerships across business units, stakeholders, and facility teams
• Deliver monthly reporting, data audits, utilization tracking, space/layout updates
• Support occupancy planning tasks with analytical thinking and decision-making
• Simplify complex spatial data and support project delivery
• Create compelling PowerPoint presentations for client stakeholders
• Conduct facility audits and contribute to planning for hybrid work environments
• Interpret floor plans using CAFM, BI platforms to deliver occupancy solutions
• Track occupancy metrics and align with modern office design trends
