Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
• 6+ years in tax, finance or analytical work.
• 6+ years building financial and operational reports for decision-making.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel (macros, pivots, lookups).
• 6+ years leading large-scale process improvement projects.
• Experience using AI and data analytics to drive action.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end O2C program strategy for AWS Strategic Accounts, including policy, procedures, and tooling.
• Establish rhythm of business (MBRs, QBRs) and drive performance reporting.
• Oversee 50+ AR analysts globally without direct line management.
• Partner with Sales, Billing, Cash Applications, Finance, and Legal to resolve O2C barriers.
• Collaborate with BP org on upstream process improvements and enablement with Service Centers.
• Leverage data analytics and AI/GenAI to build dashboards and derive insights.
• Lead initiatives from initiation to execution and change management.
• Translate goals into operational priorities and track progress.
• Present strategies and risk updates to senior AWS leadership.
