Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Senior Program Manager within the Finance Operations BP team to drive AWS order to cash performance. You will develop metrics, partner with cross-functional teams, and lead initiatives to improve cash flow and productivity across global O2C processes.

The role requires strong analytical abilities, program management, and experience delivering data-driven financial improvements in a fast-paced environment. Partnership with various Finance and Operations teams is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in tax, finance or related analytical field
• 5+ years in multiple finance and accounting roles
• 6+ years applying KPIs to analyses
• 6+ years building financial/operational reports and data sets
• 6+ years creating process improvements with automation and analysis

Responsibilities

• Define/assess KPIs and track delivery against global objectives.
• Lead business case development and projections from stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain partnerships between Finance Operations and O2C stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for improved cash flow, margin or productivity in vendor payments/receivables.
• Support operational escalations with root cause analysis and resolution.
