Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC seeks a Senior Program Manager for the Finance Operations BP team to drive order-to-cash performance worldwide. You will own metrics, lead global reviews, and partner with Accounts Receivable, AWS Sales, Finance, Legal, and Customer Service in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.

You will develop KPI-driven reports, identify improvement opportunities, and escalate issues with root-cause analysis while delivering tangible financial benefits across the O2C lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience.
• 5+ years of multiple finance and accounting roles experience.
• 6+ years of applying KPIs to analyses.
• 6+ years of building financial and operational reports/data sets.
• 6+ years of creating process improvements with automation and analysis.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or a related analytical field.

Responsibilities

• Define/assess key performance indicators; develop metrics and SLAs; track delivery against global objectives.
• Lead business case development and challenge assumptions from stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain partnership between Finance Operations and O2C stakeholders.
• Identify and drive opportunities for improved cash flow, margin or productivity related to vendor payments and receivables.
• Support operational escalations with root cause analysis and resolution.
