Qualifications

• 5+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience.
• 5+ years of Accounts Receivable or Accounts Payable experience.
• 3+ years of directly managing and leading a team of 5+ members.
• Bachelor's degree.
• US Citizenship.
• 6+ years of continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results.
• 6+ years of identifying incomplete or inaccurate data and root-cause analysis.
• 6+ years mentoring junior finance and/or business team members.
• 3+ years working with senior staff (e.g. c-suite).
• Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (SQL, MS Access, Essbase or Cognos).

Responsibilities

• Understanding the AWS & Transportation billing processes to guide customers and resolve issues.
• Managing a portfolio of customer receivables to maximize cash flow.
• Preparing insightful reports for the receivables management team.
• Managing AR past due balances including research and reconciliation.
• Resolving invoice discrepancies to ensure timely receivables.
• Interacting with internal and external AR inquiries.
• Maintaining customer relationships with timely information responses.
• Engaging with public sector accounts and understanding procure-to-pay cycles.
• Developing policies and processes with internal teams and implementing them globally.
