Qualifications

• 6+ years in tax, finance or related analytical field.
• Experience building financial and operational reports to inform decisions.
• Knowledge of Excel at an advanced level (macros, pivots, lookups).
• Experience leading large-scale process improvement projects.
• Experience leveraging AI and data analytics to analyze large datasets and drive actions.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end O2C program strategy for AWS Strategic Accounts and related loss mitigation programs.
• Establish rhythm of business with MBRs and QBRs and provide leadership communications.
• Oversee 50+ AR analysts globally, influencing priorities and standards without direct line management.
• Collaborate with Sales, Billing, Cash Applications, Finance, and Legal to resolve systemic barriers.
• Partner with BP org on upstream process improvements and enablement for service centers.
• Leverage data analytics and AI tools to build dashboards and drive data-driven actions.
• Lead initiatives from initiation through execution and change management to improve cash flow and customer experience.
• Present program strategies and performance updates to senior AWS leadership.
