The role requires 3+ years in finance analytics, process automation, and KPI-driven analysis, with a strong accounting foundation.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field.
3+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience.
3+ years of applying key performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses.
3+ years of creating process improvements with automation and analysis.

Responsibilities

Standardize Global Processes: Design and implement comprehensive standard operating procedures across multiple sites to ensure consistent, high-quality financial operations
Process Optimization: Conduct in-depth analysis of cash application workflows, identifying opportunities for efficiency and implementing strategic improvements
Technical Collaboration: Partner with technology teams to integrate AI and emerging technologies, reducing manual interventions and enhancing scalability
Training and Development: Develop robust training infrastructure to support skill development and consistent on-boarding for cash application analysts
Problem Resolution: Proactively address escalations, maintain financial integrity, and develop preventative measures to minimize process gaps
